Woolpert is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Healthcare team in Coral Gables, FL. This position would be aligned with our offices located in South Florida and would support full-time in-person or hybrid work.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

• Lead the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
• Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest companies on complex, challenging projects that are shaping the future.
• This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure that our clients’ ambitious projects are realized to the highest standards.

• Minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Well-developed organization and strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Our projects are located throughout North America and some travel is anticipated.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$118,200 - $147,800 USD
