Position OverviewWoolpert is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Healthcare team in Coral Gables, FL. This position would be aligned with our offices located in South Florida would support full-time in-person or hybrid.

What You Will Do as a Senior Architect:- Lead the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
- Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest companies on complex, challenging projects that are shaping the future.
- This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure that our clients’ ambitious projects are realized to the highest standards.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience.
- Qualified candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Must possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Candidates should also have possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Our projects are located throughout North America and some travel is anticipated.
