We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading luxury hospitality design firm, seeking an experienced Senior Architect/Project Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team in Coral Gables, FL. This role is ideal for a proven architectural leader who thrives on managing complex hospitality design projects from concept to completion while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

The Role: As a Senior Architect/Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to established timelines, budgets, and the company s design standards. This leadership role requires building and managing project teams, guiding communication with clients, and ensuring flawless project delivery.

You will:

• Manage project development from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Work directly with Principals and clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Lead project teams with clarity, motivation, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, setting clear expectations and resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and enforce project management tools, best practices, and execution strategies.
• Oversee project scope, documenting and approving all changes with transparency and alignment.
• Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables while reporting progress to Principals.
• Ensure high standards of quality control are consistently achieved.
• Archive and maintain thorough project documentation upon completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality design projects.
• Architecture experience in the hospitality interior design industry or related architecture experience
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools/software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate design teams.
• Confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
