Job Description
The Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami invites applications for a full‑time Lecturer position with teaching specialization in public administration. The successful candidate will teach courses in our in‑person and online Master’s in Public Administration programs and may also teach undergraduate courses in public administration and policy.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in the in‑person and online Master’s in Public Administration programs.
- Potentially teach undergraduate courses in public administration and policy.
- Design and deliver course content on topics such as public sector economics, applied policy analysis, program evaluation, AI in Government, Energy Policy, and Technology Politics and Society.
- PhD in public administration or a related field, or anticipated PhD completion by August
15,2026. - Demonstrated excellence in teaching and commitment to curriculum development.
