Overview
America’s #1 Golf School is looking to hire the very best golf professionals in the world to help us run our operation here at the Biltmore Hotel Miami and to learn to teach the Jim McLean Teaching System.
The position is a difficult job that mainly involves our outside operations. This includes long days and manual work—cleaning teaching bays, carrying the guests’ bags, filling in divots on our practice tee, keeping the school neat and orderly, and assisting in whatever way possible with lessons and the operation. The assistants work 40–50 hours per week and are expected to attend all meetings and teach junior camps and clinics.
It is a hard job, but it is the best training position in America for a young professional wanting to become a top golf teacher. You have the opportunity to become certified in the Jim McLean System of Teaching and attend our training sessions for our staff members, many led by Jim McLean. You also have the opportunity to watch and observe the teachers (we have 18 on staff) during your workdays and off days.
It is a very unique place, really none other like it in America. You can learn more about our school at
Desired start date is August 10th, 2026
