Engineering firm is looking for a Registered Structural Engineer licensed in the state of Florida (Professional Engineer) to perform structural design, analysis, and project coordination.
Responsibilities- Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to design and analyze structural components.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop construction plans and specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural engineering matters.
- Review and approve project drawings and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural engineering practices.
- Licensed Structural Engineer (PE):
- 1. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 2. Minimum of (8-12) years of experience in the structural design of commercial and residential building structures.
- 3. Knowledge to perform structural analysis and structural design of buildings using concrete and steel reinforced concrete, structural steel, and typical building materials.
- 4. Plans, details, specifications, and coordination with other disciplines.
- 5. Knowledge in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, and/or other structural engineering-related software.
- 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
