EXP is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Project Coordinator based in Coral Gables, FL to join our Mechanical team within Entertainment, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors. You will design, review, and coordinate HVAC systems for complex projects, ensuring code compliance and on-time delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, 3+ years of HVAC design experience, and strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD. EIT/PE is preferred.
