In this role, you will be a part of the Site Civil team with consideration for hybrid work arrangements. The professional will focus on Site Civil/Land Development projects supporting the Buildings, Telecommunications, and Mission Critical practices nationally. Project types and clients will vary with opportunities to be involved in projects across the United States. The Senior Site Civil Engineer will be expected to take on a leadership role within the team to provide engineering and design services to clients and will coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients and other disciplines to deliver on schedule and on budget projects, train and mentor junior staff as well as manage workload for the team, and lead engineering and production team through the planning and design of civil engineering projects.

• Prepare and oversee engineering analysis, design, and calculations for all aspects of site civil work including but not limited to site access, grading, drainage, utility networks, and erosion control.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other project design leaders across multiple time zones.
• Generate and oversee detailed reports to demonstrate compliance with local design guidelines.
• Lead project teams from initial planning until completion, while looking to obtain future business and performing own project duties
• Engage, mentor, and motivate junior staff through counsel, goal setting guidance, knowledge transfer and goal setting
• Plan, schedule and coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple simultaneous projects across multiple states
• Provide quality oversight and reviews of design and calculations performed by staff.

• Assist in developing processes and provide input on achieving company and office operational excellence while growing a practice
