Coral Gables operates under a commission/manager form of government and is well known for its active and involved citizenry. The Part‑Time Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer services to program and facility guests. This position includes responding to the needs, requests of facility patrons, and providing answers or solutions to concerns. This individual must also be able to answer multi‑line phones, escort guests through the facility, handle cash, prepare and serve food, prepare rooms for rentals and assist with special events.

Please note that candidates selected for this position will be assigned to the Venetian Pool. Must be available to work from March 1, 2026 through August 7, 2026

In addition, selected candidates will be required to attend a mandatory orientation on Friday, May 29, 2026 and Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Must be 17 years of age or older at the time of hire.

One year of customer service experience desired. Previous cash handling experience and certification in an approved first aid and CPR course preferred.
