Tax Senior Manager - South Florida; Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale

Our Core Tax Services team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to support our South Florida market on a hybrid schedule (average 2‑3 days per week in office).

• Manage the client’s tax compliance needs, anticipate tax and business issues, and recognize tax planning opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact with the client, managing workflows, deadlines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Train and develop less experienced professional staff.
• Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Provide knowledgeable reviews of complex returns for middle‑market clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high net worth individuals.
• Leverage strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities to solve problems for middle‑market clients.
• Demonstrate superior client service skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; a master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation with an active license.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong background and understanding of pass‑through entity structures and general corporate taxation.
• General understanding of partnership taxation, particularly with respect to partnership equity investments.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; the firm will not provide work sponsorship.

Pay range: $154,200–$215,900.
