As an International Tax Manager
, you lead complex U.S. federal and cross‑border tax compliance and advisory engagements for mid‑sized clients. You are responsible for managing tax teams, reviewing intricate international tax filings, and advising leadership and clients on strategic tax matters. This role plays a key part in ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and the continued growth of the firm’s tax practice.

• Manage and review complex international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8992, 8993, 1118, 1116, and 926
• Oversee technical calculations related to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, QBAI, E&P, and PTEP tracking
• Review international components of consolidated U.S. tax returns
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing deadlines
• Prepare and review technical tax memos and research on complex tax issues
• Support international tax aspects of M&A transactions and due diligence

• Serve as a trusted advisor on federal and international tax matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand services and drive firm growth
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and leadership

• Lead and supervise tax professionals to ensure timely, accurate deliverables
• Review work papers, returns, and technical calculations
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and training initiatives

• Collaborate with partners and leadership to identify risks and implement solutions
• Manage engagement budgeting, billing, and collections
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
• Stay current on U.S. international tax laws and regulatory updates

• CPA required
  ; MST, JD, or LLM in Tax preferred
• 3–5years of international and/or domestic tax experience in public accounting
• Deep expertise in U.S. international tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
