Financial Analyst

Banco Pichincha Miami Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in the Agency's financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and Treasury support functions, working closely with the CFO and Controller.

What You'll Do

• Develop reports measuring the financial performance of the Agency
• Prepare managerial and regulatory financial reports
• Prepare the Agency's financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and related footnote disclosures, subject to CFO/Controller review
• Prepare and update the Agency's annual budget based on corporate goals and growth objectives
• Serve as back-up for the Comptroller position, including accounts payable and daily reports
• Organize and prepare materials and minutes for the Assets and Liability Committee (ALCO)
• Support Treasury functions, including investments and daily liquidity reporting
• Coordinate the Agency's external and internal audits and associated requests

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or analyst - OR a valid CPA certificate with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with BSA/Anti-Money Laundering regulations and adherence to federal/state banking laws
