Municipal Attorney

A respected South Florida firm is seeking a Municipal Attorney with 2+ years of experience to support its growing local government practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with municipalities and elected officials, advising on a broad range of city governance matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising municipalities and local government entities
• Drafting ordinances, resolutions, and interlocal agreements
• Providing guidance on Sunshine Law and public records compliance
• Attending and advising at public meetings
• Reviewing government contracts and procurement matters
• Supporting zoning and land use initiatives (preferred but not required)

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of municipal or government law experience
• Strong drafting and advisory skills
• Comfortable interacting with city officials and leadership
• Florida Bar member in good standing
• Able to attend in-person meetings as required

Compensation:

• Starting at $120,000+, commensurate with experience
