The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, and counter business management.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Sales goal orientation and interest in networking and technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
