Data Analyst - ECHO Program

Position: Data Analyst 2 - ECHO Program
The Data Analyst 2 (A) performs a variety of data analyses using various techniques. The Data Analyst 2 (A) assists in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information. The Data Analyst 2 (A) analyzes data to ensure the accuracy of reported information and generated reports and identifies opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis. The incumbent works collaboratively with other internal areas and may guide less experienced data analysts.

** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
** Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
** Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office)

** Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in office setting responsible for quality of data. Prefer experience with research or clinical data. Prefer experience with or interest in learning applications that capture, tabulate, facilitate data quality control.

** Interest in learning software applications to further develop skills needed on project
