Andrology​/Endocrine laboratory technologist

Conceptions Fertility Laboratories, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time
, part-time or per diem Andrology/Endocrine laboratory technologist. Conceptions is a busy private IVF practice located in lovely Coral Gables and Miramar, Florida. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Prepare and analyze samples, including blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results.
• Record and report test data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide relevant information for patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) preferred.
• A Florida State Technologist Certificate is not required.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and laboratory procedures.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Only US citizens or green card holders will be considered.
• Scheduling flexibility (weekend/holiday) is required.
• Fluency in English & Spanish preferred.
• Selected candidate will have to work at our Miramar office as needed.
