Shifts: Days, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
Compensation: $32.62 – $48.93/hr depending on experience. Shift differential $3/hr.

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy in Coral Gables, FL. This full-time position focuses on upper extremity rehabilitation and functional recovery. You will be part of a collaborative rehabilitation team within a large hospital system recognized for excellence in trauma, surgery, and patient-centered care.

• Provide individualized hand therapy for patients with surgical, traumatic, or chronic conditions.
• Develop treatment plans to restore strength, function, and mobility.
• Educate patients and families about therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and staff education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hand therapy experience.
• BLS certification required.

• Hourly pay up to $48.93 plus $3/hr differential.
