POSITION TITLE:

Registered Physical Therapist

The Registered Physical Therapist is a skilled member of the Health Care Team who provides Physical Therapy Services to patients through the use of initial assessments, physical agents, physical therapy process, environment and in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the hospital.

Must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Must have a current professional license issued by the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice.

BLS

Excellent communication skills

Full knowledge in the administration, application of physical therapy treatments, modalities procedures, techniques and assessment processing. A minimum of one year experience is desired; however, recent graduates will be considered.
