We are looking for a highly engaging, customer focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven Hilton background and track record of providing exceptional service, be open to learning and leading by example, respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, and support the team both personally and professionally.

The Sales Coordinator will primarily support our Sales Team and ensure they have the tools, supplies, and resources needed to deliver service that sets us apart. They will create positive guest interactions that build anticipation for upcoming visits, provide accurate information about the resort and special events, and help our guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. If you have experience in a hotel or resort, enjoy engaging with people from all over the world, and take steps to “WOW” people, we want you!

• You will answer Incoming Phone Calls, Qualify Inquiries, and Set up Calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
• You will send packages and answer general questions
• You will create monthly recap of leads and updates
• You will assist in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours
• You will create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate
• You will control office supplies and order supplies when necessary
• You will update the Sales System with actuals after completion of events
• You will send out Thank You Cards/Emails

• Someone with a High school diploma or equivalent
• Someone with previous hotel or resort experience preferred
• Someone with a strong desire to make an impact on other people
• Someone with an outgoing and engaging personality
• Someone with strong Computer skills
• Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting

$20.00 - $25.00
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
