Guest Services Agent – THesis Hotel Miami

The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing information on the hotel and local area, and ensuring a personalized experience from entrance to room.

• Provide a warm welcome and create a memorable first impression for all guests.
• Assist with luggage, open doors, and escort guests to their rooms.
• Explain hotel amenities and local attractions during the welcome process.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested.
• Collaborate with the lobby attendant to keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Support other attendants to deliver a personalized guest experience.
• Perform any other tasks required to maintain a high level of guest service.

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and engaging with the ability to handle fast‑paced settings.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift and move between the valet lot and various hotel areas.
• Ability to work full shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
