BENCHMARK seeks a Banquet Captain for THesis Hotel Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. This role is vital in directing the setup and preparation of banquet rooms, serving guests, and leading banquet staff.
The ideal candidate will possess 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in 4 or 5-star venues. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.
