We are looking for a Telecom Technician to support the organizations on‑premises systems as well as their hosted voice and fax solutions.

• Installation and Maintenance:
  Install, inspect, and maintain various types of telecommunication equipment and systems, such as telephone lines, PBX, Key systems, and hosted solutions.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with telecommunications technology, ensuring systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Repair:
  Repair or replace faulty or damaged equipment, including cross connects and other hardware.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical support and guidance to users, either remotely or during field visits or dispatches.
• Documentation:
  Document procedures, such as equipment installation and troubleshooting steps, and maintain up‑to‑date records of equipment and programming.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with all telecommunications regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in Avaya communication systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and its integration with Avaya systems.
• Prior experience as a telecommunications technician
• Solid computer skills
• Multitasking skills

  Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment.

  Excellent problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to Detail:
