TD Project Manager – Lead

The TD Project Manager – Lead will manage projects related to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives at Baptist Health South Florida. The role focuses on transforming the core business of the Strategic Digital Transformation Roadmap to directly impact consumer and patient access. The manager will modernize, align, and elevate specialized resources, processes, and skills to consistently achieve project goals. The role includes leading multiple technology and organizational domains, managing project teams, overseeing change management and post‑live support, and ensuring timely and high‑quality completion of work.

• Lead cross‑functional project teams, influencing senior leaders, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and analysts.
• Manage concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and deliver executive summaries and status reports to project sponsors and executive leadership.
• Drive change management activities and support post‑live operations.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree (MS preferred).
• 10 years of experience managing complex technology projects with demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong experience with Epic EHR implementation strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, multi‑task oriented, and able to rapidly assimilate new concepts, practices, and skills.

Estimated range: $ – $ per year, commensurate with experience.
