Desktop Analyst

Our client is seeking a Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the End-User Computing support team supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Desktop Analyst

• Provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Manage Active Directory / Azure AD user and access management.
• Support network connectivity including LAN/Wi‑Fi and VPN.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for end‑to‑end issue resolution and asset management.

• Experience in Desk‑Side / Field Support / End‑User Computing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing onsite support teams and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms such as Service Now.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
