In this role you will facilitate Agile delivery across one or more development teams, coordinate day-to-day activities, surface and report meaningful delivery metrics to management, and proactively follow up on risks, blockers, and dependencies across the project teams. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and stakeholders — keeping work flowing, transparent, and aligned to commitments.
Key Responsibilities Agile facilitation & delivery- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — keeping them focused, time‑boxed, and outcome‑driven.

- Translate raw delivery data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively identify, track, and drive resolution of impediments, risks, and blockers across the project teams.
- Follow up persistently on open items, dependencies, and commitments until they are closed, escalating to management when needed.
- Foster transparency and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Recognized Agile certification (e.g. CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Experience in enterprise or B2B software delivery, ideally in a regulated or technically complex domain.
- Exposure to the aviation, MRO, or airline industry, or a willingness to learn the domain quickly.
- Experience coordinating across multiple work streams or scaled‑Agile environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern cloud‑based engineering workflows.
