The Opportunity

We are excited to be hiring a Staff Product Manager with deep experience in bringing enterprise security products to market. As a visionary leader in product management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise security orting directly to the Head of Product, you'll partner with a team of talented product managers, engineers, and designers, driving innovation and technical excellence.

We're in search of an expert who can define and execute the product strategy for our macOS-centric security offerings. Your passion for problem-solving and staying at the forefront of security technology will be the driving force behind our mission.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Kandji’s macOS enterprise security offerings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from idea on to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative security solutions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

  • execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging, to drive adoption and growth.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration or a closely related field plus 7 years of related experience.
  • Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following:
    Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, Sec Ops, or Endpoint security solutions;
  • Working within the enterprise security landscape, specifically regarding threat detection, prevention, and response workflows;
  • Bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch.
  • Alternatively will accept a Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following:
    Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, Sec Ops, or Endpoint security solutions;
