Position offers a $200,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses.

We are seeking an experienced Trial Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Florida practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of handling personal injury cases through trial.

• Minimum 10 years of Trial personal injury litigation experience
• Significant trial experience
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Strong case evaluation, deposition, mediation, and trial skills
• Ability to manage cases independently from intake through verdict
• Excellent communication and client advocacy skills

• Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters
• Prepare and try cases in state court
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop case strategy and work with experts
• Represent clients aggressively and professionally
