** About theRole*
* The Operations Management Manager will support a utilities client onsite in Coral Gables, FL,handling both administrative and technical responsibilities.

The role includesmanaging reports, spreadsheets, and compliance with training and certificationrequirements for employees and technicians, while overseeing preventive maintenance and equipment tracking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to criticalfacilities requirements.

** What You'llDo*
* Prepare and manage detailed reports to support operational and compliance requirements.

Handle the technical aspects of operations, with strongproficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.

Track and maintain multiple training requirements and certifications for employees, technicians, and engineers.

Ensure compliance with company policy, business and professionallicensing, real estate law, and state, and federal guidelines.

Oversee preventive maintenance (PMs) schedules for equipment toensure reliability and compliance.

Monitor and report on critical facilities requirements, ensuringoperational standards are met.

Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.

Partner with regional teams and departments to identify andimplement organizational "best practices.

Assist with the development of training programs, business processes, and system training programs.

Facilitate the communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives to create consistency across the region.

** What You'llNeed*
* + Bachelor's Degree     preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a     combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Experience in     staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring,     measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

+ Ability to guide     the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey     performance expectations and handle problems.

+ Leadership skills     to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the     job discipline and department.

+ In-depth knowledge     of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Extensive     organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Contract Support Associate position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Contract Support Associate position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
