Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager leads daily store operations and supports the Store Director to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences at the Coral Gables store. This role coaches and develops sales, operations, and security teams, oversees back-of-house efficiency, and ensures compliance with internal controls. The manager is an active sales leader on the floor, responsible for client development and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

• Support the Store Director and assume oversight of the store in their absence.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales plans and drive client development.
• Act as a Guest Experience leader on the sales floor, modeling service standards and coaching on the Power of Blue selling ceremony.
• Manage operational excellence including back-of-house efficiency, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent, executing talent action plans and performance management.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and to perform various roles on the sales floor and operations as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist study.
