Store Director

Summary

The Store Director leads all store operations and sales to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving financial and high-jewelry targets. This role develops and coaches the team, drives client development and brand desirability, and represents the store in the local community. The Director partners with market leadership to implement strategy and manage day-to-day performance.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the store team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability goals.
• Drive high-jewelry and core product sales through client development, personalized service, and leveraging events.
• Model and coach the selling ceremony and guest experience to improve NPS and deliver memorable moments.
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and retail execution.
• Engage with the local community as a market ambassador to grow brand presence and client relationships.
• Partner with the Market Vice President on local strategy, execution, and business opportunities.

• Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related client-facing industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays and to perform various store roles as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: high-jewelry experience, GIA certification, a college degree, and Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
