We are seeking a driven and experienced District Manager to lead and grow our Jamba San Diego locations. Position Summary The District Manager
- Jamba oversees multiple restaurant locations throughout the San Diego market, ensuring each store delivers an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales, profit, and operational goals.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, controlling costs, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations. The District Manager plays a key role in coaching, developing, and holding Store Managers accountable while fostering a culture aligned with Jamba's commitment to wellness, energy, and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, train, mentor, and develop Store Managers to achieve district performance goals, including sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Conduct announced and unannounced restaurant visits to evaluate operational compliance, cleanliness, food safety, product quality, inventory controls, team appearance, staffing, and overall guest experience.

Ensure all locations operate in accordance with Jamba brand standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Review financial and operational reports and provide strategic guidance to Store Managers to improve sales, profitability, and execution.

Partner with restaurant leadership to drive revenue growth, control expenses, and achieve year-over-year performance improvements.

Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment while responding to changing business needs, staffing challenges, and operational priorities.

Address guest and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Investigate employee relations matters, cash-handling concerns, and other operational issues as needed.

Lead management development and succession planning efforts by identifying and preparing high-potential leaders for advancement opportunities.

Support the training and development of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.

Promote effective communication, collaboration, and consistent execution of company initiatives across the district.

Identify opportunities to improve operations, reduce costs, and support company-wide objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities Typically oversees six (6) or more Jamba restaurant locations within the San Diego market.

Has authority to hire, train, evaluate, recognize, coach, discipline, promote, and transfer restaurant team members.

Reviews and approves timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and labor management practices.

Additional Responsibilities Ensure successful rollout and execution of new products, seasonal offerings, brand initiatives, and required training programs.

Oversee restaurant openings, remodels, and re-image projects within the San Diego market.

Participate in the planning and execution of the annual operating budget.

Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made where required.

Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum five (5) years of General Manager experience required.

Three (3) or more years of multi-unit or district-level leadership experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment preferred.

Demonstrated success leading teams, developing leaders, and achieving operational and financial objectives.

Licenses and Certifications Reliable transportation required.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.

Current Food Safety Certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Food Handler Permit as required by local regulations.
