Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and sales initiatives across multiple channels s role bridges marketing campaign execution with sales enablement and pipeline support, helping ensure that marketing efforts translate into measurable demand, leads, and revenue impact.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-informed, and eager to contribute across the full go-to-market lifecycle—from campaign planning and execution through lead handoff, follow-up, and performance reporting.

Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Assist in developing and scoping integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, target audiences, and sales objectives.
  • Support the execution of campaigns across digital, social, email, events, paid media, and outbound initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and product teams to gather requirements and support the development of campaign assets.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation, qualification, and follow-up efforts tied to marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the development, organization, and distribution of sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email templates).
  • Support outbound and inbound sales efforts by helping track leads, opportunities, and campaign-sourced pipeline activity in CRM systems.
Project & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource trackers to support accurate, on-time execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and handoffs.
  • Support vendors, agencies, and partners with asset delivery and logistics as needed.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor marketing and sales KPIs, including campaign performance, lead flow, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Compile data and assist with reporting to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across marketing and sales activities.
Process & Team Support
  • Contribute to the improvement of marketing and sales processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for cross-functional initiatives and assist senior team members on larger projects.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, , or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and how marketing supports sales pipelines.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and sales performance data.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
  • Understanding of core digital marketing channels and sales enablement best practices.
  • Comfort supporting both marketing execution and sales-related activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a hybrid sales/marketing role
    , preferably supporting campaigns, lead generation, or sales operations.
  • Experience assisting with integrated marketing campaigns and/or supporting sales teams through lead management, CRM tracking, or enablement efforts.
