Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, design, and communication.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for new product or service launches, including market positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks at a fast pace and effective time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems using deductive and inductive reasoning
• Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization
