Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to build and scale their marketing infrastructure. This hands-on role combines strategy, business development enablement, and project management to oversee branding, digital and AI search presence, attorney networking, client RFPs, and marketing events.
Compensation: $60,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Content: Refine brand messaging and collaborate with vendors to distribute content across social media, the website, and directories.
- Business Development: Partner with rainmakers to build a scalable networking methodology for all attorneys, and configure automated CRM tracking.
- Digital & AI Optimization: Lead the AI search strategy and partner with web vendors to update and maintain optimized site content quarterly.
- Directories & Events: Secure attorney participation in industry events and manage paid/no-cost professional directories and rankings.
- Client RFPs: Manage, draft, and track responses to corporate legal RFPs from Fortune 500 companies.
- Marketing Administration: Handle CLE credit reporting, client gifting programs, firm events, business cards, and brand-compliant email signatures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing and/or business development experience, preferably in a professional services environment (law firm, accounting, consulting, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, content management, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong drafting and editing ability for client-facing materials such as RFP responses.
- Ability to work directly and credibly with attorneys and firm leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a law firm or legal marketing setting, including familiarity with legal directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers).
- Familiarity with AI-driven / generative search optimization (in addition to traditional SEO).
- Experience configuring CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., for activity capture and pipeline tracking).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) given the firm’s Latin America client base.
- Experience supporting RFP / pitch processes for Fortune 500 or other large corporate clients.
