Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to oversee a 500-unit multifamily portfolio across 40–45 buildings.
This is a hands-on, structured role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing renewals, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Property walks & move-out inspections
- Lease renewals and rent negotiations
- Daily reporting & structured operations
- (No accounting or CAM responsibility.)
- 2–3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
- Extremely detail-oriented & structured
