This is a part-time, on-site role for a PT Keyholder located in San Antonio, TX. The PT Keyholder will support operational tasks such as opening and closing the store, ensuring the sales floor runs efficiently, and maintaining store safety and security. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences, assisting with merchandising, managing inventory control, and leading the team during assigned shifts to achieve sales goals and enhance operational performance.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in handling cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with company standards
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Previous experience in a keyholder or supervisory retail position is a plus
