As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring high performance across all areas. You will supervise staff, manage compliance, maintain a safe work environment, and help drive sales and profitability.

• Stock & Inventory Support: assist with stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering; optimize COGS.
• Performance & Financial Contribution: drive sales growth, support profitability targets, monitor metrics, report opportunities or risks.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team and managing daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and resolve conflicts.
