Salary Range $82,077 - $102,596*

As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving toward goals to build a customer‑focused sales experience. You will work on‑site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.

• Lead a team of multiple managers and store associates.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with partners to fulfill senior leadership responsibilities, including business analysis, creation, and implementation of strategies.
• Achieve maximum sales growth following the company vision and values.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Sales analytics, business strategy, and knowledge of market trends.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, prioritization, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
