Position: Retail Performance & CRM Analyst

Summary

Support the Caribbean & Latin America Retail Performance & CRM team from the regional office in Coral Gables, FL by producing sales and client analysis, CRM reporting, retail incentives and budget processing. Provide actionable insights to inform retail, merchandising, marketing and clienteling strategies across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Track retail sales, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor KPI performance.
  • Provide analytical support for budgets, commercial targets, KPIs and metrics.
  • Create CRM reports to support Retail, Franchise, Omnichannel, Merchandising and Marketing needs.
  • Analyze client behaviors to support clienteling, product and marketing strategies.
  • Measure ROI and performance of campaigns, events, gifting initiatives and clienteling programs.
  • Monitor client database accuracy and compliance; review CRM activity reporting from retail teams.
  • Consolidate gifting orders, maintain gift inventory and support meetings, events and client experiences.
  • Provide analytics for retail incentives and perform post-incentive analysis; maintain CRM and HE budget tracking and processing.
  • Act as a sales and CRM insights resource to support cross-functional initiatives and product programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to tell a story through numbers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as SAP CRM, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborative team mindset, effective communication and strong relationship building skills.
  • Understanding of Latin America and Caribbean markets; fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
