Assist customers in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding design of living spaces to drive store sales;
Perform productive in-home consultations including ability to measure and assess client's living space;
Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, and living space;
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed sales goals;
Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders
