Beauty Concierge - Shops at Merrick Park

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries, products, and other services.
• Provide knowledge of the cosmetics area to customers and employees.
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Make deliveries to customers.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Hourly: $17.70 – $18.40
