Operations Coordinator - Coral Gables

Summary

The Operations Coordinator leads back-of-house store operations and partners with store leadership to support sales and service goals. Acts as a key holder and manager on duty when needed, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy and client service activities. Ensures operational excellence through daily shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning and repair intake while maintaining internal control compliance.

• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfer activities.
• Manage inventory accuracy and execute internal control procedures.
• Act as key holder and manager on duty, opening and closing the store as required.
• Support sales by capturing client data, driving client engagement and executing guest experience practices.
• Perform jewelry cleaning, accept repair items and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
• Partner with Sales Professionals and management to respond to client and team requests and support operational efficiency.
• Coach and support team members when acting as manager on duty.

• 2-3 years prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills; organized and detail oriented with flexibility to perform varied tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree;
  Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
