We are looking for a Medical Partnerships Director at Sollis Health to join our team in the Miami area. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and managing strategic medical partnerships with primary care physicians (PCP) and specialty physicians across the South Florida region, with a focus on sales execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key medical stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership, sales strategy development and execution, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups and reports to the VP of Sales.

Territory is Miami - Field based role and is remote when not meeting with Partners.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with concierge primary care physicians and specialty providers to drive referrals for Sollis memberships and expand our reach in the market.
  • Establish and lead a regional B2

    Msales business, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, contracting, closing, and ongoing account management.
  • Build and execute targeted strategies to grow newbusinessandscale active accounts.
  • Regular travel around the Miami region to meet with medical partners, attend industry events, and build relationships.
  • Deliver measurable sales results by securing new partnership agreements, driving both short-term sales and long-term growth. Focus on partnerships that increase profitability and expand Sollis' presence.
  • Establish a strong network ofprimary carephysiciansandspecialist partners for Sollismembers to be referred to, ensuring high-quality and seamless healthcare services for members.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market needs. Introduce promotions that resonate with target customers and drive membership sign-ups.
  • Perform related duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least5years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or partnership management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
  • A demonstrated track recordof successfully driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of the healthcare and medical landscape.
  • Ability to think strategically whilemaintaininga hands-on, execution-focused approach. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with medical partners, attend conferences, and build relationships within the industry.

Base Salary of $110,000-$130,000 + Equity (OTE around $200,000 - uncapped)

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Florida. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
