Augustinus Bader is looking for a Counter Manager for a luxury retailer in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, experience driving sales, hosting events, education, and performing at‑counter services.
Responsibilities- Strong business acumen; consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals, productivity metrics, and key performance indicators
- Perform elevated skincare services and demonstrations that inspire confidence and drive conversion.
- Share key learnings and opportunities internally with partners and leadership
- Set goals, and sales targets; proactively assess and handle performance against expectations
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, follow‑up, appointment booking, and clienteling.
- Execute strategies to drive sales growth, rank and profitability
- Maintains an organized workspace and stockroom
- Partner closely with store leadership, Beauty Advisors, and vendor partners to drive traffic, events, and business growth.
- Support in‑store events, masterclasses, and promotional activations while creating memorable luxury experiences.
- Monitor inventory needs, replenish merchandising, and maintain impeccable visual presentation and hygiene standards.
- Identify selling opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights, and communicating feedback to field leadership.
- Embody the values and luxury service standards of both Augustinus Bader and our retail partner.
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty, prestige skincare, or luxury retail sales.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales goals and productivity metrics.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
- Experience performing skincare consultations, facial services, or treatment demonstrations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a department.
- Passion for skincare science, education, and continuous learning.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
