What you will have an opportunity to do:
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Qualify inquiries.
- Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
- Send packages and answer general questions.
- Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
- Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
- Create sales & catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate.
- Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary.
- Update sales system with actuals after completion of events.
- Send out thank you cards/emails.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
- Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
