Summary

Deliver the Tiffany client experience by building lasting client relationships, representing the brand with enthusiasm, and meeting commercial targets. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive clienteling, sales growth, and elevated in-store experiences. Work collaboratively with central and local teams while modeling company values and service standards.

• Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador using the Tiffany touch.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and execute hospitality best practices.
• Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments.
• Promote key product pillars and identify ways to grow business.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-focused roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized experiences.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• College or university degree preferred.
