Coral Gables, FL | In-Person | OTE $140,000+ | Full-Time

A well established and growing company in the aviation industry, backed by a team that cares about their people, is hiring an experienced Account Manager to join their sales team.

• Drive new business development and manage existing accounts across assigned territories
• Support the buying, selling, and leasing of aircraft materials
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customer relationships through networking and referrals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to uncover new opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in company systems
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to hit sales and growth goals
• Represent the company with professionalism at trade shows and industry events

• 3+ years of sales experience required; aviation, aerospace, MRO, industrial, or capital equipment sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• CRM proficiency preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
