Security Alliance is currently seeking highly professional, dependable, and experienced Level II Security Officers for a temporary high‑visibility security assignment at the University of Miami, Coral Gables Campus. This assignment requires officers capable of operating in a professional campus environment while maintaining strict security protocols and clear communication with the University of Miami Police Department (UMPD), authorized personnel, vendors, and staff.

Officers must maintain a professional appearance, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

• Valid Florida Class “D” Security License
• Previous security experience required
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to communicate clearly via radio with UMPD and supervisory staff
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability including weekends, overnights, and holidays
• Clean background check and drug screening required

• Prior campus, law enforcement, military, or high‑visibility, 2‑year security experience
• Experience with access control operations
• Leadership or rover experience preferred for exterior rover positions
• Emergency Response Team (ERT) experience strongly preferred

This assignment provides officers with the opportunity to work a professional, high‑profile security operation within one of South Florida's most recognized university environments. Officers selected for this assignment will play a critical role in maintaining safety, professionalism, and operational integrity throughout the duration of the detail.
