Security Officer Armed Patrol Coral Gables

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel;
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the community including streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior to site contacts and leadership;
Prepare accurate incident reports and stay aware of changing conditions at the location
