Job Summary:

CPSFL is s eeking a dynamic Finance Billing Coordinator for a full time position . The Finance Billing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the monthly billing process for key funding partners. This position ensures invoices are prepared accurately and timely, supporting documentation is complete, and billing activity is properly recorded and reconciled.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or closely related degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Experience with nonprofit, grant, contract, or program billing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices to designated organizations.
  • Gather and verify supporting documentation needed for monthly billing.
  • Maintain billing schedules and track submission deadlines.
  • Reconcile invoices to supporting records and identify discrepancies.
  • Follow up on outstanding billing questions and documentation.
  • Enter and maintain billing information in the accounting system.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tracking and payment reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized billing files and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Assist the Finance team with month-end activities and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
  • Apply your skills and experience to help drive community transformation.
